Hi there..I have purchased a regular size pair of Tee-Knees..no sweat..you know they are made of bathing suit spandex...which is the band around the leg..the neoprene pad..is not a problem...because it is rubberized..does not mean sweat..as there is a nylon material that covers it..My little Amber...just loves these..and cruises across the floor with no problems..a God send with hardwood and marble and tile.

Question from a reader:
Hi! I just read your helpful review. When you say the fabric is not breathable, does this mean your child had sweaty knees? Would you advise against buying a pair of tee-knees? Or they should only be worn for a limited amount of time. Thank you!

My reply:
I am not certain if the padding that covers the knees is breathable, but it does not seem to be.

Baby V wears it for a stretch of about 30 minutes during his floor time and has not experienced sweaty knees so far. (Our weather is hot and humid in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.)

When he is playing on his Gymini or other soft surfaces, I will remove the knee pads.

I would say Tee-Knees™ are great for an actively-crawling baby, worn for a limited amount of time at a stretch.
