For heavy wetter (like my boy), he needs fitted diapers (with all-rounded absorbency even at the waist area) and highly-absorbent inserts that include hemp. - child's sleeping position: for back and side sleepers, typical pocket diaper cutting is fine. For tummy and roll-around sleepers (like my boy), he needs fitted diapers with fleece shorts to contain everything well. When Vee was 2 to 9 months old, he used Drybees Fleece Pocket Diapers. It's a thick combination yet the only one that can last him over 12 hours with no leak and rash. (Btw, at 9 months old, he'd leak through Mamy Poko pull-up pants after a few hours at night thought these last many children overnight.)
